After cleansing skin at night, apply a pea size portion of créme from
the tube to fingertip. Dot all over face and gentlly rub it in. Apply
two pea size portions of créme from the jar to face and gently rub in.
Créme from jar can also be applied twice daily to face, neck, chest,
hands, arms or anywhere brown pigmentation exists. (Your doctor/nurse
may recommend twice a day use if severe wrinkles or brown pigmentation
exists)  During the day, use a moisturizer along with a good sunblock.
